UN 1H1 HDPE plastic bottles
UN 1H1 certified plastic bottles made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Our narrow-necked plastic bottles are equipped with a security seal cap and are UN 1H1 certified for the shipment of dangerous liquids belonging to Packing Groups I, II and III. Our 1H1/X1.3/250 certified HDPE plastic bottles comply with and meet the requirements for the shipment of dangerous goods as single packages certified under ADR road, RID rail, ADN inland waterway and IMDG sea regulations.
These bottles can also be used as inner packagings being part of combination packagings, used with precise UN 4G (PG982) certified boxes or with any UN 4GV certified box by following the relevant box use instructions. No type UN certification is required for bottles used as inner packaging of combination packaging.

For ADR road transport this verification is mandatory (ADR ch. 6.1.5.2.5). In some cases, chemical compatibility can be demonstrated by comparing the cargo to be entered with standard liquids used during testing (ADR Ch. 6.1.5.2.6).
