UN certified 4G fibreboard boxes - PG807

UN certified 4G fibreboard box for shipping perfumery products for personale care (UN1266) in different glass ampoules contained in their case, WITHOUT NEED of a grouping box.

The UN certified 4G boxes can only be used in combination with the specific inner packaging with which they have been tested and UN certified.

Concerning “different perfumery products for personal care”, this 4G box has been tested with different glass bottles with a specific spray trigger put inside their case. This type of inner packaging contains perfumery products for personal care (alcohol-based perfumes for personal care). No additional packaging made of corrugated or flat cardboard is not required (grouping box). 

This box has also been UN-certified for “Different perfumery products for ambient”, also classified as UN1266. The box has been tested with glass bottles of different dimensions and shapes put inside their case and containing ambient fragrances. In this case, no additional packaging made of corrugated or flat cardboard is either required (grouping box). We performed special tests that allowed us to UN-certify, together with the certifying body, different types of packaging for the shipping of various perfumery products for personal care and ambient fragrances.

Our 4G boxes are certified according to the ADR, RID, ADN, IMDG and ICAO-TI / IATA regulations, it is the responsibility of the shipper to verify the feasibility of shipping his dangerous goods with reference to the mode of transport chosen.

For the shipment of lithium batteries it is necessary to purchase the box including the lithium battery kit (code 4G-3107-SR).

In compliance with the legislative provisions (Legislative Decree 116/20 and Legislative Decree 183/20), except for productions prior to the entry into force of the mentioned Legislative Decree, on the boxes there is the brand with code PAP20 plus a specific QRcode in order to provide all information on the nature of the materials used and information relating to recovery / collection.
