Lithium Batteries

Labels for excepted lithium-ion batteries shipping such as UN3480 and UN3481 (lithium-ion battery) and lithium metal batteries UN3090 and UN3091 (lithium metal battery). Marks for lithium batteries are available in the neutral version, to be filled in with the UN number, and in the pre-filled version. The mark for shipping lithium batteries has been updated again so it will no longer be necessary to enter the telephone number. The old marks for lithium batteries showing the phone number can be used until 31/12/2026. For old versions where "For any additional information" is marked, we recommend to still enter the phone number to avoid misunderstandings with inspection authorities.
